Brighton Centre
The Brighton Centre is one of Britain's oldest conference centres. Brighton & Hove City Council appointed The Right Solution to prepare a report on the future of the Centre, in order to decide whether to carry out a refurbishment, do nothing or re-build the Centre.
Having analysed the market potential, as well as the competition, the recommendation was to re-build the Centre, which coincided with a will to expand the Churchill Shopping Centre, behind the conference centre.
The Right Solution produced a business plan for a new centre, based on detailed market research. A comprehensive brief for the new facilities was also prepared by The Right Solution. We also helped the City Council in their submissions for funds from the local Regional Development Agency, SEEDA.
The project is ongoing, with a target completion date of 2012.
