The Arena and Convention Centre, Liverpool opened in 2008 on the historic King’s Waterfront. It consists of an Arena seating 10,000+ people for end-stage concerts which will also provide 3,600sqm of exhibition space, to complement the conference centre. This has a further 3,600sqm multi-purpose hall, 16 breakout rooms and an auditorium for 1,350. The auditorium contains two “revolves”, in order to create three separate auditoria.
We were involved in the development of the project from inception, producing feasibility studies, leading to writing the architect’s brief for the facilities.
