The Sage is the latest concert hall in the UK, being constructed on the banks of the River Tyne in North East England. Although the prime market for the centre is music and entertainment, including a very strong educational element, we worked on the business plan and design development with the aim of ensuring a multi purpose centre was developed.

This enabled Newcastle/Gateshead to host major conferences on completion of this project, to provide revenue to support its core functions.
A critical part of this was to produce business plans to support the bid for a grant from the UK’s Arts Council, which was successful.
