We were employed by the Prime Minister's Department to advise on the operational management of this new Government
convention centre, which opened in October 2003, with a summit conference of 57 Heads of State from the Islamic nations.
We also produced the benchmark business plan for the centre, including standard operating procedures, service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Our responsibility extended beyond the appointment of the management contractors, to include monitoring and reporting to the Government of Malaysia.
