Specification of facilities and design brief
Specification of the appropriate facilities, preparing the design brief to suit the objectives, the target market needs and the appropriate operating method, and advising design teams on the various areas of delegate-related systems and facilities is our stock-in-trade. We provide the input they need to complete and implement the design in the form of written briefs, backed up where relevant with drawings and schedules. More importantly, we spend “drawing board” time with members of the design team, to give the input directly when it is required.
Ongoing design development
It is also important, working alongside the design team to provide ‘end user’ and operator input as the design proceeds.
We set out clearly the implementation of the strategic plan against specific objectives. Each process is a series of operations carried out against a timetable and in a manner which complies with the client objectives.
The operational plan should be simple, easily understood by all the participants and leave all staff knowing what activities they have to undertake and the time scale by which these have to be finished.
Finally, we work with you to ensure the venue is promoted to all the various stakeholders.
