Our role in Belfast is as the “expert client”, advising on all aspects of the design, operation and marketing of this centre. Having worked on the original development of Waterfront Hall prior to its opening in 1997, due to its success, and our working relationship with the City, we have been appointed to work on the extension (shown below). This will expand the exhibition, plenary and breakout space enabling the centre to increase its revenue and the wider economic benefit it brings to the city considerably.

Our work on the additional function space includes writing the brief for the design team, advising them as the design develops, signing off the design stages and working with the operators to achieve a high quality facility in the centre of Belfast. This extension opens in May 2016.
